Mr. Elisa is Partner of GADING & CO., that specifically for Corporate Management and Financial Advisory. He was graduated from Faculty of Economics of Gajah Mada University, majoring in accounting, in 1986., and obtained his Bachelor of Law Degree from High School of Law of Painan.

Mr. Jefri completed his law studies (S.H) from Universitas Pembangunan Panca Budi Medan in 2016 and has been officially a member of Peradi since 2020.

Mr. Jefri has a lot of experience while practicing in the field of law by handling various cases such as business and corporate, agrarian, criminal, and banking.

With more than 4 years of experience in various leading law firms in Indonesia, Mr. Jefri as a reliable advocate in handling legal problems faced by clients.

Mr. Jani is an Advocate of PERADI who hold Bachelor of Law Degree from the Christian University of Indonesia in 2011. After graduated from college, Mr. Jani joined to several well-known law offices in Indonesia. He passed the Advocate Professional Examination in 2014 and then was inaugurated as an Advocate at the DKI Jakarta High Court in 2016.

He has a very well legal analysis skill, wide range of law knowledge, and being insistent to reach his client’s requests. In carrying out his work of legal services, he excellence both soft skills and hard skills.

Mr. Jani expertises in Banking and Finance Law, Intellectual Property Rights Law, Insurance and Reinsurance Law, Man Power / Labor Law, and Civil and Criminal Law as well.

Mr. Afri graduated with Cum Laude predicate and obtained a law degree from the University of North Sumatera in 2011. In 2019, he completed his double master degrees with StuNed scholarship from Erasmus University Rotterdam, Netherlands (M.A.) majoring in Governance and Development Policy and Master of Law (LL.M. ) from the University of Szeged, Hungary majoring in International and European Trade and Investment Law.

He experienced as Legal Consultant, Auditor, and Researcher. He has 4 years experience in practicing Corporate Business Law (2 years in private companies and 2 years in a law office), Public Finance Law and Public Auditing for 6 years (as an Auditor), and Development Policy Researcher in universities for 2 years.

His skills and expertise area include contract drafting, contract review, corporate law, public finance, intelectual property, mergers & acquisitions, investments and public auditing.

Before graduating from the Faculty of Law, University of North Sumatra (USU) in 2021, Mr. Alex Mulandar Manalu worked as the Regional Coordinator of North Sumatra Province at PT Jaringan Suara Indonesia (JSI) which is engaged in social research. He is also active in various organizations both on campus and off campus. His work and activity in organizations make him very capable of handling and solving social and legal problems.

Since completing his undergraduate education, he has devoted himself to his hometown to provide legal advice to people who are unfamiliar with the law. It is an honor for him if there are people who want to consult regarding the legal problems that are being experienced by that person. Until in 2023 he decided to join GADING & CO. as an internship member.

The contributions made at GADING & CO. are legal research and writing, analytical and problem solving, as well as assisting in the preparation of documents and preparation of cases to be handled by GADING & CO

Mr. Sastra is an internship member at Gading & Co. He graduated as a Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from Law Faculty of University of HKBP Nommensen, in 2018. He passed The Advocate Profession Special Education Program (Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat / PKPA) of PERADI in 2018, and passed Advocate Profession Examination of PERADI in 2019. Curently, he is in process to enroll as an licensed advocate of PERADI.

While in college, he was active in organizations and attended any kind of Law Seminars. He started his professional career in Bank DBS Indonesia, until decided joining Gading & Co. as his milestone to start professionals career in lawyering field.

Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, attending client meetings, observing court proceedings, and providing support in case preparations is his daily activities in Gading & Co., which will forge him to be a great lawyer later.

I’m an internship member at Gading & Co. I’m graduated as a Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from Law Faculty of University of Bung Karno, in 2022. I passed The Advocate Profession Special Education Program (Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat / PKPA) of DPN in 2022, and passed Advocate Profession Examination of DPN in 2024. Curently, I’m in process to enroll as an licensed advocate of DPN.

While in college, I was active in external and internal campus organizations, participating in legal discussions, attended various seminars and observing court proceedings.

After graduating from college, I attended The Advocate Profession Special Education Program and The Advocate Profession Examination as a requirement for the process of obtaining a license as an advocate. I started my professional career as a corporate legal staff, then I applied to join Gading & Co Law Firm to continue my legal career further as an legal internship.

Arrival Nur Ilahi, S.H. graduated from Universitas Islam Indonesia in 2022 with a legal studies thesis on the Bank Indonesia Liquidity Assistance case. During college and after graduation, he was active in various legal research activities and legal drafting competitions at the People's Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia, and Constitutional Law Fest of Brawijaya University. His legal specializations are banking law, business law, contract law, and bankruptcy law. He has produced several books on contract law (Undue Influence) and election law, as well as several legal opinions in mass media and newspapers such as Detik.com, Banten Pos, Solo Pos, Kumparan, and others.

Ester Oktaviani Refwalu, S.H is an associate at Gading & Co Law Firm. With a wide range of experience in the legal field, Ester is able to handle a wide range of client matters, both litigation and non-litigation.

Ester has expertise in negotiation and mediation, and has a concentration in civil and criminal law.
